We work with you every step of the way to ensure that from the Discovery and Consultation process to the walk-through of your home, you feel well taken care of. It’s our job to make sure that all communication is timely and transparent and that you are happy during all the stages of your project.

Let’s get started! During our consultation, we’ll learn the details and scope of your vision. We’ll ask questions that will help us best assess the feasibility of your project in regards to zoning, elevation, budget, timeline and potential challenges. You’ll learn about our commitment to a quality-driven building process. This meeting will lay the groundwork for us to provide a proposal outlining a general timeframe and estimated costs.

Once we confirm the general scope of your project, we’ll create a design concept that is true to your style and within your budget. Our design team will provide options and guidance to help you to make informed decisions about the details of your new home. We’ll use rendered drawings and 3-D models to ensure we’ve captured your vision before the building process begins. You’ll be given a private online client portal where you will have access to these renderings and all future updates for your project.

Before we begin building, we will work with you to be sure all logistical requirements are met. Building related permits will be submitted on your behalf and you’ll receive regular updates on progress. During this stage, we’ll also prepare for the build by choosing trusted subcontractors to complete your vision. From framing to finishing, we’ll seek competitive bids from trades workers we trust to secure offers that promise excellent workmanship and remain within your budget.

To keep your project flowing smoothly we ensure that all changes and modifications to the scope are communicated transparently. You will be given a client login at the start of your project so that you can access an online portal that houses all details for your project. This includes costs, dates, documents and any budget or scheduling changes that may occur as a result of discussed and approved project modifications.

Once building permits have been issued, we are ready to begin. We remain directly engaged in this stage of your project with daily site visits, regular updates and ongoing access to your client portal. We are proud to extend an open invitation to visit the building site at any time to witness the progress of your build and to admire the quality workmanship our subcontractors deliver.

Prior to your possession date, we will walk through your new home with you to ensure that everything meets our high standard of quality. In addition, you will receive a binder outlining all warranties associated with your home and appliances as well as a care package with details and suggestions for continued home care as you get to know your new home. All of our builds come with a 2-5-10 year Pacific Home Warranty. We are confident that you will be thrilled with the results of your project and we look forward to supporting you every step along the way.
