As Theorem's construction management lead, Faizan oversees all trades coordination, inspection schedules, and on-site quality control across Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster projects. His established relationships with trusted subcontractors enable predictable pricing, reliable scheduling, and consistent workmanship standards that support Theorem's systematic project delivery approach.
Faizan maintains direct client communication during construction phases while managing day-to-day operational decisions, trade coordination, and municipal inspection processes. His hands-on construction management ensures projects meet Theorem's quality standards and timeline commitments through systematic oversight and proven subcontractor partnerships.
Suraj Jhuty
Co-Principal, P.Eng.
Suraj co-founded Theorem Developments, bringing systematic engineering approach and regulatory expertise to Metro Vancouver's evolving density requirements. His mechanical engineering background from the University of Calgary and professional designation with Engineers and Geoscientists BC provides the technical foundation for navigating complex municipal approvals and design coordination.
As Principal, Suraj leads client relationships, design management, and regulatory navigation across Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster jurisdictions. His engineering background enables systematic project evaluation, architectural drawing review, and coordination with design consultants while ensuring compliance with Bill 44 density regulations and municipal requirements.
Suraj oversees the transition from oil and gas industry experience to real estate development, applying process optimization and systematic analysis to feasibility studies, zoning compliance, and project planning.
