This project began as a rental-focused infill, but its generous light, circulation, and thoughtful layout reshaped expectations. Once complete, the young family- newborn in hand -chose to move from their main house into this home instead. It stands as a clear example of how well-designed missing-middle housing can support real families as their lives evolve.
